This hands-on course includes:
An introduction of coffee farming, harvesting, processing, roasting, and brewing
Cupping (tasting) of several coffees from different regions
Discussion and practice of identifying and describing aroma, taste, and body in coffee
Question and answer period
You take home a Barren Ground Coffee mug & sample bag of beans
