Learn your preferences for coffee origins, processing methods, and degree of roast.

This hands-on course includes:

  • An introduction of coffee farming, harvesting, processing, roasting, and brewing

  • Cupping (tasting) of several coffees from different regions

  • Discussion and practice of identifying and describing aroma, taste, and body in coffee

  • Question and answer period

  • You take home a Barren Ground Coffee mug & sample bag of beans
